Behavior Coordinator

The primary role of the Behavior Coordinator within MSK is to assist in creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, and supportive environment and culture that synthesizes the intellectual as well as the physical, social and emotional development of our students. The Behavior Coordinator manages the school wide positive behavior support system, the student supervision issues and enforces school behavioral expectations. S/He counsels students and parents about school policies and assists staff and parents in developing student behavioral expectations. S/He assists in the planning, developing and implementing of individual student behavior plans and serves as a resource to staff in dealing with classroom management issues.
